The Women in International Trade (WIIT) Chritable Trust
Currently manages Worldtradelibrary.com. In 2005, the Consumers for World
Trade Education Fund (CWT Ed Fund) created Worldtradelibrary.com to enhance
public literacy about the dynamics, complexities, and overall benefits of
a liberal environment for international trade, foreign direct investment,
and international economic policy. In January 2009, the WIIT Charitable Trust
assumed ownership of the electronic trade library when the CWT Ed Fund transferred
its assets to the WIIT Trust. The two organizations decided to join forces
in order to maximize efforts to pursue their shared missions of promoting
public knowledge and understanding about international trade. For further
